Question: Can I use three rulers by applying [Tag] and [Partner]?
e.g.) “Aristella, Ascendant Prince of the Crimson Moon” + “Little Red Riding Hood” + Moonchild ruler
Answer: Yes, you can apply both abilities and use three rulers as starting rulers. If a player uses ruler(s) with [Tag] and [Partner], they can apply both abilities.

Question: Can I use three rulers by applying two or more [Tag]?
e.g.) “Aristella, Ascendant Prince of the Crimson Moon” + “Little Red Riding Hood” + “
Grimm, the Fairy Tale Prince
Answer: No, you cannot use three rulers in this case. If a player uses ruler(s) with two or more [Tag], they can apply only one of them.




Question: If “Eins” gains abilities of “Great Dimension Library”, can I play ‘Banish this card: Until end of turn, you may play a card from your removed area that was removed by this card and you pay [1] less to play it.’?
Answer: No, you cannot banish a ruler. Because rulers cannot be put into the graveyard, players cannot be targeted or chosen by a banish effect in the first place, or used to pay for a banish cost.




Question: Can I use Stranger resonator(s) in my EX Deck?
Answer: No, you cannot use them in your EX Deck.

Question: Can I use Alternative card(s) in my EX Deck?
Answer: No, you cannot use them in your EX Deck.




Question: Can I apply [Mastery] (Gears ruler with no attribute) and (Gears ruler with no attribute) of this card by resting “Sechs” and “Neun”?
Answer: Yes, “Sechs” and “Neun” are Gears rulers with no attribute.

Answer: No. If something refers to a “ruler” or “J/ruler”, it does not refer to a “sub-ruler”.

Question: Can I call a magic stone by resting sub-ruler?
Answer: No. A sub-ruler is not considered to be a ruler, so you cannot rest it to call a magic stone.

Question: Can I recover a sub-ruler during my recovery phase?
Answer: Yes. A turn player recovers all sub-rulers in their ruler area.

Question: Can I upgrade an upgraded Armament sub-ruler?
Answer: No. An Armament sub-ruler can only be upgraded once.
